POLICIES
Tuition Payment
Creative Steps School of Dance will send you an
invoice the third week of each month for the following
month’s class tuition. This payment is a fixed monthly
fee, and is not based on the number of classes per
month. Tuition is due by the first of each month. If
payment is not received by the 10th of the month a
$20.00 late fee will be posted to your account. If
classes are missed for any reason (i.e. sickness, snow
day) they should be made up in a class of like subject.
Check with the office to see what class will serve your
needs. Make up classes are the responsibility of the
student, and will not be refunded.
Class tuition checks may be deposited in the tuition
box at the school, dropped off in the office, or mailed
to the Creative Steps location at 542B West Main St.,
Tilton, N.H. 03276. Please mark all checks with the
student’s name (particularly if the student’s last name
is different from the last name on the check). Any cash
payments must be paid in the office, and only with a
receipt.
Year End Production Fees
We
will need to know by November 15th if your child will be
participating in Creative Steps year-end production. If
they will be participating there will be a $30.00 per
class costume deposit due at that time with the
remaining balance due February 15th. These payments are
nonrefundable, as the costumes are custom made. Costumes
run approximately $60.00 per costume child, and $70
per costume adult. The year-end performance is strongly
encouraged, but not mandatory. If you decide not to
perform in any class, you will still be permitted to
participate in the class for the rest of the year.
The
year-end production will be the second weekend in June
at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord, N.H.
